Keller Williams Realty approached me to create an animated commercial that visually showcased the benefits of their mobile real estate app. The concept hinged on using continuous kinetic animation synchronized with the voiceover to enhance the app's memorability. Working within a modest budget, I was tasked with both writing and animating the commercial to highlight the key features of the KW app, ensuring viewers could easily recall the advantages it offers.
Role
With a limited budget dedicated solely to the commercial's creation, I was tasked with producing an informational video designed to help real estate agents attract new clients by encouraging them to download the app. My responsibilities encompassed writing the script, 3D modeling, and animating the commercial, which I later presented to several Keller Williams teams in the Pacific Northwest.
The commercial resulted in a modest uptick in app installs among prospective home buyers and real estate seekers, despite the marketing efforts being limited solely to the creation of the informational video.
